The SuperCue Dual consists of one remote control and two USB receivers. The usage steps are as follows:

1.      CONNECTING THE RECEIVERS: Plug the two USB receivers into the USB ports of the two computers respectively.

2.      AUTOMATIC PAIRING: Both receivers are factory-set to the same channel and will automatically pair with the remote control after power-on.

3.      SYNCHRONOUS PAGE TURNING: Press the "Next Page" button on the remote control, and the PowerPoint presentation on both computers will simultaneously turn to the next page.

Dual also supports a standalone mode : allowing two computers to display different pages (e.g., one displaying a Chinese PPT and the other displaying an English PPT), all under the unified control of the presenter.

TYPICAL APPLICATION SCENARIO: Bilingual press conference in Chinese and English - the main screen displays the Chinese PPT, and the secondary screen/teleprompter displays the English version, which can be controlled simultaneously by one speaker.

How long does Supercue battery last?

SuperCue Mini: 2000mAh rechargeable lithium-cobalt battery provides over 24 hours of continuous operation.

Practical advice: Always fully charge the device before important meetings. The remote control has a battery level indicator (OLED screen) so you can check the remaining battery level at any time.
