Perfect Cue remotes contain CR2032 batteries, and CR123A 3V (1600mAh) due to which your shipment must be routed through Hong Kong Channel. In this case, it takes 4-6 working days at least to reach the destination. However, if you could buy locally CR2032 batteries from your country (For the remotes), we will be able to ship them immediately from Shenzhen on the same day when payment is received, it takes just 3-4 working days to arrive through DHL/FedEx.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
